The One Day - America's Boating Course is designed to be useful to all boaters. PWC operators, fisherman, and sail and power boaters will benefit from this course. All boaters are subject to nautical rules and regulations. Every boater should learn and respect traditional boating courtesies. This course is designed to be of interest to the entire family; children fourteen and older are welcome. We encourage your family to attend.
The One Day - America's Boating Course contains four chapters which covers information to make your boating experience safer and more comfortable. Tips on being a more courteous boat operator and laws and regulations to which you must adhere. Course Outline is listed below.
The course meets the educational standards of the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and features a proctored examination as required by many states and insurance companies. The course will provide instruction and examination for laws and regulations of state and local authorities. Upon passing the examination a certificate is issued.
