Scholarship Application Form

  • A unique opportunity for singers who want to:
  • Learn and perform the best in choral music
  • Advance the quality and appreciation of sacred music in the community
  • Increase their repertoire and experience beyond the opportunities normally available in many local church choirs
  • Perform with outstanding professional soloists and instrumentalists
  • Improve their vocal techniques
  • Membership is open to all interested singers who would like to participate in the regular rehearsals and concerts. No auditions are required.
  • Rehearsals are held Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m., from January through May, and September through early December, at Friendly Avenue Baptist Church, 4800 West Friendly Avenue in Greensboro.

                                                        COMING EVENTS...

FALL CONCERTS


Rehearsals for our Fall, 2010 season will begin on Monday, September 12 at 7:30pm in the choir room of Friendly Avenue Baptist Church, 4800 W. Friendly Avenue. All interested singers are invited to join uc.

Concert Schedule:

Sunday, October 17, 7:00pm, Friends Home West
Sunday, October 24, 4:00pm, River Landing
Sunday, October 31, 7:00pm, Friends Home New Garden

Rehearsals for this year's performance of Handel's Messiah on December 9 will begin on Monday, November 1. More information on Messiah will be posted later.
